With almost 30 years of training and over 10 years of personal training experience I have developed a workout program that is unique with the an emphasis on variety. Variety helps keep people motivated instead of bored and uninterested like traditional packaged routines.
There are 3 phases to the program.
Beginner:
2 to 3 days per week - 6 week full body workout
Intermediate:
3 to 4 day split routine - 7 weeks
Advanced:
3 to 5 day split routine - never ending
The advanced workouts are a variety of light, medium and heavy workouts with various rep schemes
Personal Training Rates:
1st Session: $20.00
Standard: $30.00
3 or more per Week: $25.00/each
Personal training sessions are per workout not by time.
Another option is custom workout sheets. These workouts are tracked just like the personal training workouts with your weights filled in and monitored by me. These would be finished by the client then turned in for a new sheet when completed.
Custom workouts: $10.00 per sheet
